IN THE heart of Pangasinan, Philippines, a transformative event unfolded as two dedicated foundations, Creating Healthy Smiles Foundation (CHS) and ILC Pink Heart Foundation (ILC), joined forces to bring hope and brighten the lives of the underserved community of Bolinao cagayan

This collaborative dental mission showcased the incredible impact that compassionate volunteers and organizations can have on local communities cagayan
